Since its debut in 1991, the SmartScope system has been the industry-leading solution for video and multisensor metrology, and now it has been reinvented to make it accessible at all levels.
Smartscope E-Series is the new generation of OGP products based on fixed-lens optics with digital zoom designed to replace traditional mechanical zoom systems.
SmartScope® E-Series is equipped with IntelliCentric™ optics that offers enhanced optical performance, particularly at low magnification. The optics has a 6-megapixel color camera and 5-position digital zoom; this provides an ultra-high resolution image designed for metrology. The digital zoom allows instant changes in magnification, while the standard all-LED illumination system provides illumination from all angles.
SmartScope® E-Series has Advanced Illumination: the SmartRing™ system, which provides maximum flexibility in surface illumination, along with an all-LED backlight and coaxial surface light.
Optional TP-20 and TP-200 probes make SmartScope E-Series systems fast, accurate and flexible 3-D multisensor metrology tools.
Measure-X 3D metrology software has powerful programming capabilities with an easy-to-use operator interface.
The advanced analysis mode provides advanced GD&T analysis and adaptation capabilities.
OGP's research behind this machine has produced significantly better optical performance at low magnification, with better image quality.
The SmartScope® E7 system is offered in a benchtop version:
- Travel 250x150x200mm
- Optional 300 mm extended X-axis
The SmartScope® E45 system is offered in the floor version:
- Travel 500x450x200mm
- Y-axis extended by 610 mm optional. Z axis extended by 300 mm optional.
