The SmartScope ZIP 300 is a fast, accurate floor model metrology system that offers the right combination of hardware performance, optical capability, and ease of use. Designed to support multi-sensor options, the 300 also features fast DC servo motor drives and a stable cast iron support structure. ZIP 300 is also available with an optional 300 mm of Z-axis travel.

The SmartScope ZIP 400 features 50% more travel in XY than the ZIP 300. Its cantilever design allows access to the XY stage from three sides of the machine. The ZIP 400 has a granite base to ensure maximum measurement stability and isolation.

The SmartScope ZIP 600 provides 160 mm more X-axis travel than the ZIP 400, for large part applications.
