SmartReport Plus |
SmartReport® Plus is an easy-to-use report writing and data export
software application. SmartReport Plus collects, analyzes, and reports
inspection data, and outputs the results to formatted printed reports
automatically without any user intervention. The SmartReport Plus
package includes several useful report templates, including First
Article, First Article/Five Piece, Raw Data, Statistical Summary, and
user generated formats.
SmartReport Plus also automatically exports measurement data - during
measurement routines in a number of popular spreadsheet and database
formats, including Access™, dBase™, Paradox™, FoxPro™, Lotus™, and
Excel™. For added flexibility, you can design custom reports using
SmartReport Plus’ Report Designer. You can set you unique reports for
specific parts or specific customers, and include your logo or
letterhead - It’s up to you.
SmartReport Plus is available for all metrology software applications,
and is included with MeasureFit® Plus

 QC-Calc
|
QC-Calc™ is a fully
automatic Statistical Process Control(SPC) program that collects,
analyzes, and reports inspection data from MeasureMind® 3D MultiSensor,
Measure-X™, Gage-X™, and
SmartCheck®.
QC-Calc is the industry’s easiest to use SPC software program. Database
creation, collection, and display is automatic. The QC-Calc video system
interface works seamlessly without user input. QC-Calc offers
"real-time" plotting functions, statistical charts, and custom
reporting, including whisker plots; scatter plots; live calculations of
CpK, CP and Avg; real time statistical reports; and rate graph showing
parts per hour. QC-Calc is extremely versatile and can be used to output
many versions of control charts and process charts. |

SmartCad
|
SmartCAD® translation
software is a versatile tool that simplifies the creation of automatic
measuring routines by importing CAD data files and translating into
MeasureMind® 3D MultiSensor, Measure-X™ or Gage-X™ formats.
Since CAD files do not contain all the information needed to create an
automatic measuring routine, SmartCAD provides a simple interface for
associating measurement specific data such as magnification, lighting,
tolerances, and image processing tools to selected CAD file features.
Users may also set the measurement order or sequence to optimize the
resulting measurement routine.
SmartCAD is especially useful for parts with repetitive features. Its
graphical CAD-like environment allows easy selection, editing, and
deleting features. SmartCAD imports major CAD formats, including DXF,
HPGL, Gerber, and DMIS.
Importation of IGES and Excellon formats is available optionally. |




SmartFit 3D |
SmartFit® 3D is a 3D interactive best-fit software package, which
provides fast, accurate and reliable analysis, optimization and
evaluation of conformance to shape, form and dimensional requirements
for 2D & 3D rigid bodies and assemblies. It provides an infinite number
of simulated hard gages.
How it works
SmartFit 3D compares measured data received from inspection systems to
the nominal or toleranced model of the part (CAD, drawings). With a few
simple steps, SmartFit 3D simulates custom hard gaging in three
dimensions! These are the steps:

Measurement data is
received from the video measurement system or other inspection
device.

A CAD file or other
ASCII file is imported.

Optimization and
best-fit routines are performed using the information provided.

Statistical data is
provided the selected criteria.

Output Excel® files
are created for human interaction.

MeasureMenu |
MeasureMenu™ is the shop floor user interface for video measurement
machines. Designed for production users of OGP® video measurement
systems, it simplifies the selection and operation of existing
MeasureMind® 3D MultiSensor, Measure-X™ or Gage-X™ measurement routines
to a few mouse clicks. It allows measurement routines to be associated
with photographs or part drawings so the user simply matches the part
with the photo to run the correct routine. MeasureMenu is great for
operations that run two or three shifts - no matter how many different
parts you make, with minimal training any user will run the right
routine every time.
The
HTML output screen feature lets you view results onscreen immediately
after a measurement is taken. Based on the viewed data, you can
immediately implement corrective action, if necessary. You can then
choose to send this data to a printed report, save it to a file, or
discard the data. In any case, MeasureMenu can be set to output the
necessary information - automatically. |
